After three years of keeping this exciting secret, I'm finally able to share the news. Squamish Medium, my TV show, is premiering September 2 in Cree (Plains) on APTN Languages, and September 14 in English on APTN.
In this episode I go back to the beginning: mediumship readings at my kitchen table in 2013, launching this podcast in 2018, opening my in person school in 2023, and everything that led to two Indigenous women approaching me 'out of nowhere' with an idea for a TV show.
I share a bit of what filming was really like, what surprised me most about the experience, and why this show matters to me as a mother, an entrepreneur, and an Indigenous woman reconnecting with my culture.
