You know I never hold back for you guys, this episode is no different. I share openly about my recent experience with Spiritual Burnout in hopes others will avoid it by seeing the early signs. I love what I do, I love working with other women on their development journeys, but it's a tough lesson to realize I cannot do it all, at once! lol!
