Today's teachings were around Awareness and how developing my own awareness has shaped my mediumship journey. We talked about awareness of self, others, and Spirit in today's class and did some exercises for you to tune in! I've included the slides from my presentation for you to be able to revisit the exercises and concepts shared at your own pace.

You are receiving the foundations for free this week so that we can focus on the more nuanced parts of mediumship development in the live classes in the program. Registration will be open from now until October 8, so you have time to soak in these concepts before you commit to the full 9-week experience.
